About the Role
Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. The Commercial Banking Intern will support various teams within the Commercial Banking division, including client onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
- Respond to internal and external requests professionally and within service-level agreements.
- Support the development of process maps, procedures, and “Rules of Engagement” for sales teams.
- Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
- Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
- Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support.
- Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
Requirements
- Some experience in a financial institution is beneficial.
