About the Role

Harmonic Security is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our APIs, webhooks, and integrations. This role involves bringing Harmonic's AI Risk and Usage Intelligence into customer tools, enabling policy setting within existing workflows, and facilitating partner integrations. The position requires a strategic view of the ecosystem and the ability to shape how AI agents connect to tools and data.

Responsibilities

  • Owning APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, and integrations end to end.
  • Deciding what gets built, for whom, and in what order, and defending that prioritization.
  • Collaborating with commercial and partnerships teams to translate customer value into products.
  • Determining which integrations are worth building based on product area benefits.
  • Holding technical conversations with engineers regarding API design, authentication, and integration patterns.
  • Engaging directly with customers and prospects, including sales calls and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Getting hands-on with product testing, API calls, webhook flows, and prototyping.
  • Producing clear and technically sound discovery, specifications, and written thinking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning meaningful product work end to end and delivering it to customers.
  • Strong fundamentals in clear writing, sound discovery, and defensible prioritization.
  • Comfort with technical discussions, including API design, critique, webhooks, authentication, and data flows.
  • Understanding of developer expectations and emerging protocols like MCP and A2A.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information.
  • Experience working alongside business development or partnerships teams.
  • Experience in B2B, particularly selling to and working with large enterprises.
  • Background in security, data protection, or familiarity with enterprise security tools is a plus.
  • Living and breathing AI trends and developments to apply them directly in the role.
