About the Role
PSC Group is hiring Yard Truck Drivers to support safe and efficient operations at a key petrochemical site. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, prioritize safety and precision, and seek career growth within an industry-leading company. No CDL is required, only a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Weighs and spots tractor trailers at various loading racks throughout the plant.
- Safely and accurately backs trailers into loading docks and confined spaces.
- Ensures trailers are properly secured and aligned at the correct loading location.
- Conducts daily inspections and completes required equipment and trailer checklists.
- Cross-trains to support rail switch operations, including moving railcars on the ground.
- Wears all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when needed.
- Communicates any issues or delays to the facility supervisor promptly.
- Performs other duties as needed to support plant logistics and operations.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams.
- Speak, write, read fluent English.
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required.
