About the Role
Five Below is seeking a motivated individual to join their team, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store sales. This role involves training crew members, overseeing daily operations, and supporting sales and expense control.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service through personal interaction.
- Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring fast and friendly checkouts.
- Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance and customer service.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient sales floor placement.
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations.
- Manage opening or closing procedures, including cash security and store readiness.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
- Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
- Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
- Perform store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- College experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
