About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive the store and team towards retail excellence and strong sales results, embodying the brand's commitment to ethical beauty and positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
- Oversee store operations and commercial practices, ensuring harmony and efficiency.
- Lead and drive a customer-focused store experience daily.
- Ensure the development of consumer loyalty and brand awareness.
- Learn and utilize internal systems to analyze performance and manage the commercial aspects of the store.
- Monitor and manage change within the retail environment.
- Control and meet sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate effectively between customers, the team, and the manager.
- Maintain full knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and products.
- Act as a team player, assisting the Store Manager and resolving issues promptly.
- Attract, retain, and grow team members who reflect the brand.
- Serve as a flexible and responsible role model.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service and/or beauty environment with sales and service targets.
- Working knowledge of shop operation processes.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales through team leadership and motivation.
- Ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding communication and operational skills.
- Flexibility to work across Sunday to Saturday, including holidays, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs.
