About the Role
The Department of Design and Construction's (DDC) Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is seeking an Investigator to assist with EEO investigations, employee requests, counseling and compliance. The selected candidate will conduct interviews, as well as preliminary and fact-finding investigations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, preliminary and fact-finding investigations.
- Perform outreach, research, surveillance and utilize standard interview and investigative procedures.
- Meet with staff to determine needs and objectives.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, conduct surveys and audits and perform quantitative analysis.
- Track hiring, demographic and workforce data trends, using Excel, CHRMS, CEEDS, and other data systems.
- Assist with access and accommodation inquiries, presentations, and engagement.
- Perform all duties necessary to comply with EEO laws, policies, and practices and those relevant to the divisions mission, and our inclusion and equity efforts.
Requirements
- All candidates must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States (U.S.).
- Candidates are required to present original documents proving citizenship or the legal right to work in the U.S.
- DDC is unable to support or sponsor any visa application or visa extension.
- Educational credentials must be from a U.S. Department of Education-recognized accredited institution.
- Credentials from foreign institutions require independent equivalency verification from an approved evaluation service.
