About the Role
Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience. We are seeking Behavior Support Specialists to provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client's home, treating youth's behavioral health needs using evidence-based practices that promote family strengths. We offer Summer Fun Fridays, closing at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs.
- Utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a family's strengths.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
- Bilingual preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to high speed secured internet required.
