About the Role
Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience. We are seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client's home, utilizing evidence-based practices to treat youth's behavioral health needs and promote family strengths. Language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client's home.
- Treat youth's behavioral health needs.
- Utilize multiple evidence-based practices.
- Promote a family's strengths.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Access to high-speed secured internet required.
