About the Role
Real Help is seeking passionate, Licensed Clinicians in New York for a 100% telehealth role. The company focuses on empowering clinicians with flexible scheduling, robust support, and the tools needed to provide therapy from home.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
- Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York.
- Experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance.
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload.
- Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
- Skilled in time management and documentation.
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secured internet, and a phone required.
