About the Role
Eurofins BPT- Advantar is seeking a Scientist for their Routine Testing team in San Diego, CA. This intermediate-level role involves complex laboratory activities under cGMP and/or GLP guidelines, ensuring data accuracy and report quality through study assistance, monitoring, and reporting. The position requires performing analytical work on projects using various techniques and instruments with increasing independence.
Responsibilities
- Completing work under cGMP and/or GLP guidelines for studies, documentation, etc.
- Assisting in conducting, monitoring and reporting studies to ensure data accuracy and report quality.
- Providing analytical work on projects and studies using a range of analytical techniques and instruments.
- Working with increasing independence on studies and assignments.
- Assisting with peer reviewing data.
Requirements
- Experience in Biochemistry analytical techniques, both chromatographic and electrophoretic in a GMP environment.
- Demonstrated technical experience running HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, CE, icIEF, Karl Fisher, UV/Vis, and/or SoloVPE instruments.
- Experience with LIMS system desirable.
- Comfortability working with multiple software systems and Excel.
- A highly motivated staff member that is willing to work on a team, and willing to work with others to teach and learn new skills.
- Good organizational skills; ability to follow directions and good communication skills are required.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
