About the Role
Create unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors as a Customer Service Associate/Gaming Attendant, using your vibrant personality and exceptional service skills to keep guests returning.
Responsibilities
- Operate Point-of-Sale system under supervision, accept payments, issue correct change, and bag purchases (excluding age-restricted products).
- Stock and re-stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
- Periodically assist in counting inventory.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical functions and counting money.
- Ability to recognize discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective action.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
