About the Role
Data Intelligence Lab researches and develops cutting-edge Deep Learning algorithms to perform advanced data analysis, prediction, and optimization of complex data. We aim to solve various business challenges within the group, improve work efficiency and productivity, and enhance product features.
Responsibilities
- Extract and structure information from unstructured financial documents (e.g., SEC/DART filings, analyst reports).
- Assist with experiments for time-series prediction models and Time-Series/Tabular Foundation Models using structured and unstructured data.
- Support the development of financial time-series representation learning and multimodal models combining text and time-series data.
- Assist with the design and simulation experiments for agent-based financial decision-making models.
- Support the development and performance improvement of financial-specialized AI models based on EXAONE BI.
- Preprocess and refine financial data for LLM training and evaluation.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, or graduate, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python.
- Familiarity with development and operations in a Linux environment.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Ability to interpret English financial documents (e.g., SEC filings) at a professional level.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting terms (e.g., financial statements, accounting concepts, securities terminology).
- Availability to work for at least 3 months starting from September (estimated start date: September 3rd).
