About the Role
HRpepper is seeking a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Learning Design to join their Consulting Practice Enable Development & Leadership. This role involves leading projects in personnel and learning development, designing blended learning architectures, and managing the entire learning process from needs assessment to evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead projects in personnel development and Learning & Development.
- Design and moderate blended learning architectures, programs, processes, and formats, focusing on leadership and talent development.
- Manage the entire process from needs assessment to content creation, execution, and evaluation.
- Acquire new clients and develop existing client relationships.
- Contribute to HRpepper's internal development through internal roles within the operating system.
Requirements
- Several years of (consulting) experience in designing learning journeys and structured learning programs, especially for executives.
- Experience in creating high-quality learning content such as workbooks, learning diaries, and e-learnings.
- Sound, evidence-based knowledge in personnel development, organizational psychology, transformation, and leadership.
- Proficiency in implementing target group-specific and evidence-based training across various industries and levels.
- Excellent German language skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for consulting activities.
- Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
