About the Role
We are expanding our Consulting Practice Transform HR & People Experience and are therefore looking for an experienced Senior Consultant HR Transformation (w/m/d).
Responsibilities
- You manage projects in the area of HR transformation & People Experience and take over project management up to (partial) project leadership.
- You support medium-sized and large companies with strategic and operational issues related to the development of their HR function, e.g. implementation of Target Operating Model, strategic personnel planning, process automation and harmonization along the candidate and employee lifecycles, HR IT projects and HR analytics.
- You create offers and support in acquiring new customers and expanding existing customers.
- You proactively take responsibility for topics that inspire you, and thus develop HRpepper further.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting (conception, management and implementation of transformation projects).
- You have also worked as an HR generalist along the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance, development).
- You have completed a Master's degree, ideally with a thematic focus on HR, transformation, management, or similar.
- You have an affinity for data, a passion for modern concepts of customer-centric HR work, and experience in digitizing processes.
- You are flexible with changes in plans, adapt quickly to different customer systems and requirements, approach people openly, and enjoy learning new things.
- You have business acumen and think entrepreneurially.
- You speak fluent German and English (min. C1 level).
