About the Role
Support strategic change and mandatory initiatives across LGT Wealth Management as an experienced Business Analyst. This role involves translating business needs into clear, sprint-ready requirements, shaping solutions, and supporting high-quality releases. Ideal for those who enjoy complex problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize initiatives, and resolve issues across multiple streams.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams.
- Support Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners in breaking down Epics into stories and capturing acceptance criteria.
- Support Project Managers in planning and implementation of both business and technical components of initiatives.
- Support developers and testers through the sprint cycle to achieve sprint goals and deliver value to stakeholders.
- Support delivery through definition, design, and testing phases, ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases and quality outcomes.
- Prepare stakeholder communications, deliver demos and training, and assist with business procedure documentation.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to business case or lean canvas development for future initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or 5+ years in Wealth Management with BA responsibilities.
- Strong exposure working with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms.
- Experience in process mapping, user story development, and Agile frameworks.
- Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies are a plus.
