About the Role

Contribute to the advancement of modern IT infrastructures by managing and actively developing systems. This role offers a diverse range of tasks in exciting customer projects with ample opportunity for initiative, automation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and optimize Linux server landscapes.
Install, configure, and maintain container and platform environments.
Automate recurring tasks using Ansible, Terraform, or shell/Python scripts.
Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable deployments.
Manage monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with development, network, and security teams to ensure the reliable operation of complex infrastructures.
Document processes and actively contribute to the standardization and automation of system landscapes for clients.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in Linux administration (e.g., RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE) as well as scripting and automation.
Knowledge of container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and high initiative.
Good German and English language skills.
Customer orientation, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
