About the Role
This role involves leading the business development and service creation for financial accounting consulting within the utility industry, particularly the power sector. You will be expected to drive the business launch phase, including service development, proposal activities, and team building, beyond just project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Planning and developing consulting services in the financial accounting and management accounting domains for the utility industry.
- Building relationships with client CXOs and leading proposal activities.
- Supporting clients from conceptualization to execution for financial accounting reforms, business process reforms, and system implementation projects.
- Driving the implementation and renewal of accounting system projects, primarily SAP.
- Managing project quality, profitability, and risks.
- Recruiting, training, and knowledge building for organizational expansion.
- Promoting projects in collaboration with domestic and international specialized teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a consulting firm with over 3 years of experience in business process reform or system implementation projects.
- Project or team lead experience in a Manager-equivalent or higher position.
- Client negotiation and proposal experience.
- Experience in financial accounting, corporate planning, or accounting departments within a company.
- Experience in accounting system implementation or business process reform projects.
- Strong aspiration for consulting work.
Skills
- Accounting system implementation project experience
- Certified Public Accountant, USCPA, or Nissho Boki Level 1 qualifications
- Knowledge of electric utility accounting
- Experience implementing SAP (FI, CO)
- English communication skills
- Experience participating in global projects
