About the Role
The Titles Specialist will manage titles for auto retail & lease portfolios for various clients, focusing on inbound phone calls related to title processing. This role requires delivering excellent customer experience, responding to inquiries, and performing title perfection follow-up by contacting DMVs, dealerships, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage titles for auto retail & lease portfolios for various clients.
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers, clients, and dealers regarding title processing.
- Respond to questions and provide knowledge on requesting action related to vehicle titles.
- Perform title perfection follow-up by contacting DMVs, dealerships, and customers.
- Obtain Notary Public commission within 90 days of employment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one-year experience in high-volume, data entry, and administrative roles.
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to demonstrate, comprehend, and apply workplace values.
