About the Role
Searcys is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Church House, assisting floor team leaders and managers in the daily operations of events.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests.
- Participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services.
- Assist in event setup.
- Adhere to company policies and departmental procedures.
- Liaise with relevant business areas to ensure consistent food and service delivery.
- Handle guest requests courteously and escalate to management when necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on and proactive approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Passion for food and beverage.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong organizational skills.
