Join a team reshaping digital experiences for millions of customers in home lending. You will solve complex engineering challenges using .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, and Next.js, driving architecture and delivering modern cloud-native solutions with AI-powered engineering and DevSecOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Shape digital experiences used by millions of customers.
- Drive architecture, shape technical strategy, and lead the delivery of modern cloud-native solutions.
- Build and own end-to-end solutions using .NET / ASP.NET Core, React, and Next.js.
- Deliver scalable, high-performing customer experiences.
- Thrive across the full engineering lifecycle, from architecture and design through to CI/CD, observability, and continuous improvement.
- Design and develop secure, resilient APIs and backend platforms with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Create modern, accessible web applications using React and Next.js, leveraging scalable component patterns and performance optimisation.
- Use AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, and delivery.
- Apply strong judgement to identify and mitigate AI-related risks.
- Influence technical direction through architecture leadership, engineering best practices, and strategic technology decisions.
- Mentor and uplift engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and responsible AI adoption.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate complex problems into simple, impactful technology solutions.
Requirements
- Full-stack .NET, React, cloud and DevOps expertise.
