About the Role
Douglas-Guardian is seeking field representatives to conduct inventory inspections at business locations on a part-time, as-needed basis. This role offers flexibility in setting your own schedule, with all work performed during weekday business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). It is well-suited for recent retirees and shift workers looking to supplement their income.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile to dealer records.
- Communicate effectively with dealer and home office personnel.
- Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt and accurate reporting.
- Schedule and route inspections to ensure efficient completion within the required timeline.
- Utilize a company-supplied tablet PC in the performance of services.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel within a 300 km radius.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.
Skills
- Flexible schedule and available during weekday business hours.
- Comfortable using mobile applications.
- Detail oriented and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills.
