About the Role
The Junior MDM Analyst delivers managed services within SLA as defined in client's statement of work using Calero software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Process customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate market data inventory using Calero’s MDM software.
- Reconcile and process vendor invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare, verify, and distribute reports.
- Support development and maintenance of bespoke client functionality.
- Coordinate software updates globally, including internal testing.
- Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing.
- Participate in regular service review meetings and conference calls.
- Monitor and report on Service Level Agreement metrics.
- Continuously review and audit processes for performance and compliance.
- Promote managed service activities, features, and projects to customers.
- Become a subject matter expert in assigned customer's market data services.
- Demonstrate the value of solutions and ensure managed services meet expectations.
- Own and maintain up-to-date customer process documentation.
- Raise and manage Help Desk tickets to resolution for system issues.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate processes and automate where possible.
- Conduct regular client meetings.
- Answer questions during meetings, providing background and detail.
Requirements
- Experience in analyzing data sets.
- Previous office/professional environment experience (e.g., internship) involving Excel.
- Data entry knowledge.
- Ability to write formal emails.
- Confident in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Good overall computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters.
