About the Role
This role will lead on styling and staging across multiple shoots, according to the brief set by the Campaigns Manager / Art Director.
Responsibilities
- Style outfits, shoes, and accessories to create on-brand, high-fashion looks for various shoots.
- Source and feature products from small designers, managing returns and ensuring proper social credit.
- Manage the styling budget.
- Run e-commerce shoots and make selects on set with the photographer.
- Organize samples with the Garment Tech, ensuring correct samples are used and returned in good condition.
- Communicate with the Garment Tech regarding shoot dates and sample size requirements.
- Style looks for wholesale decks and wholesale e-commerce.
- Book models and negotiate rates for fittings for upcoming campaigns.
- Assist on set with tasks such as set creation, steaming clothes, dressing models, and organizing outfits.
- Style on trips abroad for campaign and social shoots.
- Maintain a tidy studio and organized styling area.
- Contribute to creative meetings, brainstorming ideas, and pitching.
- Research up-and-coming trends, styling, and experiment with new suggestions based on the brand's aesthetic.
Requirements
- A true creative with a strong professional network.
- Ability to style entire looks in a creative, forward-thinking way.
- Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends in clothes, shoes, accessories, and makeup.
- Availability to work long hours during photoshoot days.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as an ambassador for the brand on shoots and with external talent and their agents/managers.
