About the Role
Bartenders are core team members responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through outstanding customer service and expertly prepared beverages in a scratch kitchen restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to P.F. Chang’s recipes, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment, and assist with inventory and restocking of beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas to efficiently deliver food.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications.
- Adhere to company procedures for responsible alcohol service.
Requirements
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Demonstrate ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
- Hold a current Food Handler’s Card, or be able to obtain one where applicable.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
