About the Role
Röchling Medical is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team, contributing to the development of customized products and solutions that advance patient care and save lives.
Responsibilities
- Perform machine set-ups and process changeovers according to the production schedule.
- Prepare, change, and adjust tools and relevant machine/equipment components.
- Set and adjust production parameters according to defined process specifications.
- Start up and stabilize equipment post-changeover to achieve defined process and product quality.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues within the scope of the role.
- Collaborate with Maintenance to resolve complex technical problems.
- Perform planned maintenance and servicing activities within the defined scope.
- Initiate actions for quality deviations in coordination with Production Leadership and Quality.
- Document setup, process, and production data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities (e.g., setup time reduction, process stability improvement, scrap reduction).
- Ensure compliance with quality management, GMP, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
- Work with specific production technologies (e.g., injection molding, EBM, assembly, automated production systems).
- Handle advanced tooling technologies or complex automation systems.
- Perform extended maintenance or servicing tasks.
- Guide or instruct other employees during setup and changeover processes.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the respective technology area.
Requirements
- Experience with specific production technologies such as injection molding, EBM, assembly, or automated production systems.
- Experience with advanced tooling technologies or complex automation systems.
- Experience performing extended maintenance or servicing tasks.
- Experience guiding or instructing other employees during setup and changeover processes.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives within the respective technology area.
