About the Role
This is a gaming level position that involves supervising and training Revenue Audit Clerks, auditing and balancing revenue and expense documents, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on guest relations and financial impact.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and trains Revenue Audit Clerks.
- Counts, audits and balances all revenue and expense related documents with revenue received and expenses paid.
- Oversees daily audit work by Revenue Audit Clerks.
- Compiles reports for Casino Departments for review by Manager Revenue Audit.
- Assists with testing for compliance and supervise audits on various casino departments.
- Ensures Casino internal controls are being followed.
- Assists in developing and maintaining checklists for completion of work in accordance with policies and procedures and internal controls.
- Prepares Daily Audit Report.
- Assists with daily audits.
- Coaches, mentors and trains subordinates.
- Assists in the development and implementation of SOP’s.
- Prepares daily revenue and expense reports.
- Maintains STRICT confidentiality of internal activities.
- Ensures effective recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching and counseling and other personnel related matters are being handled appropriately throughout assigned departments.
- Facilitates and ensures that performance reviews of all employees within department are complete on a yearly basis.
- Work as shared services between other properties as needed.
- Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s success.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.
- Three (3) years’ experience in Casino Gaming or Casino Audit with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other common computer programs.
- Ability to perform mathematical computations.
- Ability to access, input and analyze information into the computer.
- Ability to complete monthly journal entries.
- Ability to complete monthly account analysis.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended period of time.
- Ability to talk or hear.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to sit, climb or balance.
- Ability to stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifteen (15) pounds.
- Prolonged sitting during the shift.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals and other related documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from other Team Members or guests.
- Fluency in English required.
- Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to compute complex mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
- Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
- This position will require a gaming license.
