About the Role

The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing all materials within the warehouse. This role requires a dedicated individual who can maintain a safe and organized work environment while ensuring efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

Loads and unloads delivery trucks.
Organizes and stocks warehouse inventory by product line and physical alignment, ensuring adequate space for overflow.
Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas to comply with safety regulations.
Organizes and separates product upon receipt in the warehouse.
Verifies inventory levels by comparing physical counts to system records.
Performs quality assurance inspections as needed.
Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues, and the Company through engagement and productivity.
Maintains a working knowledge of the marketplace and collaborates to build best practices.
Understands the financial and guest relations impact of actions and decisions.
Presents new ideas and perspectives to create positive results.
Exhibits respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations, and others.
Prioritizes guest needs in all decisions.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to applicable statutes, rules, and regulations.
High School Graduate or GED.
One (1) year of experience with warehouse functions.
Must be certified to operate a forklift.
Ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily.
Ability to reach with hands and arms.
Ability to climb or balance.
Ability to stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to lift or maneuver at least fifty (50) pounds.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to respond to common inquiries from team members or guests.
Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to compute complex mathematical calculations.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
