About the Role

Cboe UK Limited is seeking a motivated individual with a technical mindset and excellent communication skills to join our Global Trading Hours (GTH) team. The GTH team supports US markets during European trading hours, operating near 23x5. This role involves working with real-time, low latency systems used by professional market participants. The team is AI-forward, encouraging the use of AI assistants and providing tools, connectors, and learning paths.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support, answering questions and resolving participant issues related to trading, market data, and technology during the GTH session.
Handle inbound calls and email traffic, and proactively monitor all trading, reporting, and market data systems.
Support daily operations, trade support, and oversight of live production trading systems.
Onboard new clients, establish client access, provision new services, and provide ongoing oversight and monitoring.
Perform certification testing, logical port creation, and modification of default settings.
Coordinate incident management across teams, conduct post-incident reviews, and track follow-up actions.
Document issue resolution and communicate with market participants and vendors.
Test system changes and platform functionality before deployment, including weekend testing.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
A desire to increase securities market expertise and become proficient with Cboe technology.
Willingness to use AI tooling and the judgment to verify all outputs.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an international team.
Ability to work well under pressure.
