About the Role

The AML Compliance Coordinator supports the compliance department and specialists by performing administrative duties and preparing reports. This role requires adherence to rules and regulations and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform AML duties assigned in an efficient and accurate manner on a daily basis
  • Follow rules and regulations to the letter
  • Prepare daily MTL, CTR, and SAR reports for compliance review
  • Maintain STRICT confidentiality of internal activities
  • Demonstrate consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assist in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s success
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on guest relations
  • Demonstrate the initiative to present new ideas and perspective to create positive results
  • Exhibit respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations and others
  • Put the guest at the forefront of every decision
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations
  • Ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily
  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifteen (15) pounds
  • Prolonged sitting during the shift
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests
  • Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference
  • Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data
  • Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request
  • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner
  • Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property

Skills

  • Fluency in English
  • Second language a plus

Education Level

  • High school or equivalent diploma

Salary/Compensations

  • $60,406 - $75,740
