  • Coach, develop, and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards, guest recovery, and team communication.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for FOH staff.
  • Drive profitability through effective labor management, cost controls, and P&L analysis.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, systems, and compliance with workplace and safety standards.
  • Partner with culinary and beverage directors to support food and beverage knowledge and training.
  • Represent the brand through marketing, feedback response, and local partnerships.
  • Support seamless execution of events and private dining experiences.
