About the Role

Join our People Planning & Analytics team to shape the LEGO Group's future workforce strategy through strategic workforce planning and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, providing data-driven insights.
  • Own and improve the headcount planning process, driving automation, data quality, and operational excellence using tools like Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Rewards, and business leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, enhancing governance, and embedding scalable workforce planning practices.
  • Build strong business relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and analytics.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and identifying improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning within a complex global organization.
  • Advanced workforce planning, forecasting, and analytics expertise.
  • Proficient analytical skills with experience using Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems is advantageous.
