About the Role
Protiviti is seeking a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant to join our growing Digital Identity team. In this role, you will mentor, train, and coach junior team members, identify risks and efficiencies, and strengthen client relationships. You will also have opportunities to take on decision-making responsibilities for project scope, work plans, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
- Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.
- Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.
- Consult with clients to provide solutions to complex identity and access management challenges.
- Implement identity tools and processes in client environments.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that fosters open communication.
- Create development opportunities for others and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.
- Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
Requirements
- Experience with or understanding of Okta (Preferred).
- Experience with or understanding of Saviynt (Preferred).
- Experience with or understanding of CyberArk.
- Experience with or understanding of Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Experience delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM Program advisory support, including assessment, strategy, and roadmap development.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration, including user access lifecycle management.
- Design and/or implementation of IGA technology (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza etc.).
- Design and/or implementation of Access Management technology (e.g. Okta, Ping Identity, etc.).
- Proficiency with role-based access control, including role mining and design.
- Knowledge of directory technologies including Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, or virtual directories.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and release management practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional/matrixed organization.
- An overall passion for all things IAM.
- Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
- Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives.
- Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

- $115,500.00 - $172,700.00 (Total Cash Range)
