About the Role
Join GrandFlex, Grandir UK's dedicated bank team, and enjoy the freedom to work around your lifestyle while earning up to £16 per hour. This role is ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
- Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
- Support children's development through play and planned activities.
- Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
Requirements
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
- Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
