About the Role
As a valued member of our Housekeeping team, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that guestroom's are vacant before entering to clean.
- Effectively preparing each room for cleaning.
- Removes all soiled linens from the room and makes the bed with clean linens.
- Follows all procedures and guidelines for thoroughly cleaning the bathroom.
- Works on a team to quickly clean and prepare rooms for the next guest.
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Time management skills to complete daily room assignments.
- Great interpersonal communication skills with both fellow team members and guests.
- Ability to use a Smartphone.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
