About the Role

The Manager of Talent Acquisition leads the organization's recruitment and selection process, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent and building candidate pipelines for current and future needs. This role collaborates with hiring managers and HR to develop effective recruiting strategies, ensuring the process is efficient, effective, and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
  • Identify and implement best practices for recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities.
  • Partner with HR and departmental leaders to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate requirements.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in talent acquisition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Preferred experience in managing a team.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing an ATS, recruitment tools, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
