About the Role

Service Partners is seeking a customer-focused individual to serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information. This role is ideal for a resourceful team player with a positive, professional attitude, who will work closely with various internal teams to support the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world-class service.
  • Utilize exemplary customer service, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills.
  • Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
