About the Role

The Premium Products & Experiences team focuses on expanding our premium customer value proposition and delivering engaging customer experiences and access events to cardholders. We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Capital One Entertainment team, managing the digital experience of a key customer benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own oversight of process improvement work and collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives.
  • Identify, strategize, and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor the execution of processes.
  • Track and resolve process breakdowns.
  • Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills, essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Process or Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Process or Project Management.
  • 1+ years of Compliance or Risk Management experience.
  • 1+ years of Relationship Management experience.
  • 1+ years of Customer Servicing experience.
  • Proficient in G Suite.
