About the Role

This role will manage key operational processes, serve as the point of contact for program participants and external partners, coordinate communications, and contribute to the tools and process improvements that enable our programs to scale. This role serves as the central operational and platform backbone, bridging hands-on travel operations with technical platform delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact to manage incoming requests, resolve live property evaluation issues, handle room category edge cases, and resolve post-visit customer experience or billing disputes.
  • Review and score completed property evaluations, escalate systemic or critical operational issues, and distribute performance reports to internal and partner teams.
  • Drive participant engagement by creating educational program resources, hosting learning events, and delivering ongoing program communications.
  • Manage program portal administration, including maintaining records and content, identifying and coordinating resolution of platform issues, and supporting new features and improvements from roadmap through delivery.
  • Work on small to medium-scale department projects that have a direct impact on the company.
  • Drive cross-functional projects or phases of larger projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed.
  • Work with customer to assist in project planning and design.
  • Manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery.
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project team.
  • Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
  • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process.

Requirements

  • Exceptional at managing multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining accurate records, keeping timelines on track, and proactively following up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable building relationships and communicating directly with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Able to independently manage day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes that align with long-term program strategy and growth.
  • Curious, enthusiastic, and excited to learn and dive deep into the luxury travel landscape.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills.
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience.
  • 3 years of Project Management experience.
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Work experience achieving results.

  • New York, NY: $89,200 - $101,700
