About the Role
ServiceMaster DSI is seeking Experienced Restoration Technicians to handle residential and commercial water and fire damage losses. This role involves various mitigation services, including water extraction, mold abatement, and content cleaning, while adhering to industry standards and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
- Execute all work to meet or exceed federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and customer quality standards.
- Provide world-class customer service.
- Become proficient in fire and water restoration, and mold abatement.
- Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
Requirements
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Previous restoration experience is required.
- Ability to travel out of town.
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
