About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and well-stocked kitchen area.
- Support chefs by maintaining high kitchen standards and assisting with simple food preparation.
- Manage kitchen equipment, reporting maintenance issues according to procedures.
- Operate the till point as required, following correct procedures.
- Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as per procedures.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
- Focused on the front line.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Catering experience essential.
Work Type
- Monday to Friday 0700-1530
