About the Role
We are looking for a motivated E-Bike Salesperson (m/f/d) for our branch in Berlin-Lichterfelde, starting immediately. If you are passionate about modern mobility, technology, and bicycles, and enjoy providing expert advice to customers to find the perfect E-Bike for their individual needs, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and individual customer advice on all aspects of E-Bikes.
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable E-Bikes, drive systems, and accessories.
- Maintain the E-Bike product range and ensure attractive product presentation.
- Contribute to the design of a modern and sales-oriented retail space.
- Participate in regular product and manufacturer training.
Requirements
- Completed training in sales or retail, or comparable professional experience.
- Ideally, experience in selling E-Bikes.
- Enthusiasm for E-Bikes, modern drive technology, and sustainable mobility.
- Enjoyment of personal customer consultation and sales.
- Interest in continuously engaging with new E-Bike models and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a friendly demeanor.
