About the Role
Analysts/Associates provide relationship management and analytical support to grow existing relationships and develop new business for Dimensional. They will understand clients’ evolving needs, identify value-add opportunities, and collaborate to enhance the investment experience.
Responsibilities
- Articulate complex investment principles and capital market research to financial advisors.
- Educate financial advisors on the construction and function of portfolio solutions.
- Support clients by addressing inquiries about client service offerings, liaising with internal subject matter experts as needed.
- Construct complex portfolio analyses for current and prospective advisor clients.
- Assist in developing and updating investment-related marketing materials, charts, and reports.
- Maintain accurate client records using the CRM system.
- Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to build strong business and personal relationships with key advisor clients.
- Build relationships with colleagues across the Global Client Group and other internal departments.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the advisor industry and related business practices.
- Interact with advisors on practice management issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience within a corporate environment is preferred, ideally within financial services.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and senior managers.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills (Excel and Access) with the ability to learn additional technical applications.
