About the Role
Keep our communities fed. As an Office Clerk, you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day-to-day clerical duties of an assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Compile data from previous and current work day and generate reports for management
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
- Maintain attendance log for hourly employees
- Print and distribute attendance log
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Some knowledge of OSHA and Safety policies and procedures, preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Reaching, stooping, standing, walking, bending twisting, sitting, handling paperwork, twisting, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping of items ranging from under 20 lbs. to over 60 lbs.
