About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic Rooms Team. This role is central to ensuring guests have a smooth arrival and departure, serving as the first and last impression of the Hotel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Handle guest comments, questions, suggestions, and concerns.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Opera preferred.
- One to two years' experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist or within Front Office preferred.
- Working knowledge of hotel operations.
- Ability to multi-task on several items at once.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Overnight availability required.
- Flexibility in working mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
