About the Role
Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions and helping customers find what they need in a safe, clean, and well-merchandised store environment.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs for compliance.
- Execute personal designer role using Elevated ABC Deliver to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions.
- Deliver sales and production results.
- Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and assigned areas.
- Provide friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping, and ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Interact respectfully with others, remain positive in difficult situations, and promote organizational vision and values.
- Participate in truck un-load and stocking processes according to standards.
- Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
- Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni channel processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames.
- Ability to access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
- Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
