Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Participate in departmental and team meetings.
  • Help maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in creating and delivering data-driven solutions for staff and project teams.
  • Conduct surveys and assist with data collection.
  • Provide administrative and research support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a degree program that will grant credit hours for the internship.
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Finance, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Must submit a cover letter with application including school, degree program, internship requirements, and Access program(s) of interest.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment.
  • Ability to work in an open-space office environment.
  • Occasional lifting of > 15+ pounds.

  • Flexible hours within Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
