About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyse and present a range of property data
  • Inspect, measure and value a range of property types across the UK
  • Appraise property using a range of sector specific valuation software
  • Undertake building tours and marketing events
  • Attend client meetings, contribute to pitches and presentations, and provide written advice for clients
  • Work directly with Montagu Evans Associates and Partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise and collaborate with various internal departments as well as external consultants
  • Enjoy a collaborative ‘can do’ culture where we look to provide a work/life balance
  • Any additional duties as reasonably requested

Requirements

  • Strong academics with an accredited RICS Degree or Dual Accredited RTPI and RICS degree
  • Curiosity and ambition – eager to learn and grow
