About the Role
Launch your graduate career in 2027 as a Graduate Commercial Surveyor at Montagu Evans. This two-year program offers experience working with senior colleagues, real responsibility from day one, and three 8-month rotations across Development, Valuations, Rating, Residential Valuations, and Commercial teams. The structured training prepares you for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and MRICS qualification, with exposure to significant UK property projects.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyse, and present property data.
- Inspect, measure, and value various property types across the UK.
- Appraise property using sector-specific valuation software.
- Undertake building tours and marketing events.
- Attend client meetings, contribute to pitches and presentations, and provide written client advice.
- Work directly with Montagu Evans Associates and Partners.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal departments and external consultants.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture that supports work/life balance.
- Perform any additional duties as reasonably requested.
Requirements
- Strong academics with an RICS accredited degree (essential).
