About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Coordinator, Revenue Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. This role supports the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce CRM, including data maintenance, sales reporting, and CASL consent management. You will partner cross-departmentally to keep client and prospect data accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals, and provide occasional administrative support to the Sales Support and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and administration within Salesforce, supporting initiatives related to marketing insights, client information, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards for the sales teams.
- Prepare clean, validated data to support Revenue Operations' executive and KPI reporting.
- Ensure CASL compliance by maintaining and updating consents as required.
- Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and escalate data model or reporting logic issues to CRM Engineering and senior team members.
- Support CRM user requests, including troubleshooting and access management.
- Document processes and maintain data standards.
- Provide occasional administrative support to Sales Support and Marketing.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or data support role, preferably in financial services.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
