About the Role
HairClub is seeking a Center Manager to oversee all Center operations, focusing on sales, member experience, profitability, efficiency, and safety. This role involves hiring, training, and managing the Center team to ensure success and drive member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize development.
- Increase Center's Member Retention and Growth.
- Implement and execute HairClub's strategies, programs, and communications.
- Staff and lead the Center team.
- Drive focus on the ultimate member and employee experience.
- Ensure the expectations of new, existing, and potential Members are exceeded.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of relevant management experience.
- Relevant sales and long-term client relationship experience.
- Excellent communication and team-leading skills.
